Merracho Bags stands behind the quality of the products we sell. This policy explains the warranty that applies to your purchase and how to make a claim.
1. Vega Luggage
Vega Diamond Series suitcases and luggage sets come with a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date, as stated in the product specifications.
2. Other Products
For all other products, please check your item as soon as it is delivered and report any manufacturing defect within two (2) days of delivery, in line with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use, such as faulty zippers, wheels, handles or seams.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs and fading;
- misuse, overloading, accidents or improper care;
- damage caused by airlines, carriers or other transport handling; and
- products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than Merracho Bags.
5. How to Make a Claim

- Provide your order number or proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
- We will review your claim and reply within two (2) business days with the next steps.
6. Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item with the same or a similar product, depending on availability.
