At Merracho Bags, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. This policy explains where we deliver, how long delivery takes and what it costs.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. For delivery outside Jordan, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Confirmation and Processing
- After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address.
- Your order is prepared for dispatch once it has been confirmed.
- Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
3. Delivery Times
- Amman: 1–2 working days.
- Other governorates: 2–4 working days.
Delivery times start from order confirmation. They may be longer during public holidays, busy seasons, or for reasons beyond our control (such as weather conditions).
4. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fee: JD 3 per order to all governorates.
- The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Our delivery partner will contact you before arriving. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
- If we are unable to reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
- Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within two (2) days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly, in line with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
